This brand‑new race brings festive energy to a beloved El Paso tradition, kicking off the afternoon celebrations at Album Park on Saturday, October 31, 2026. This 5K is for everyone — runners, walkers, families, first‑timers, seasoned athletes, and anyone who wants to start their Halloween afternoon with joy and color. Costumes are encouraged, whether you choose classic Día de los Muertos calavera style or your favorite Halloween character. Bring your creativity and your community spirit. All finishers will receive a special Día de los Muertos medal, awarded to the first 500 participants. After you cross the Finish Line, stick around to enjoy the parade. Awards for the overall top male and female finishers, along with age‑group awards, will be presented during the parade’s award ceremony.
