About This Race

The Thanksgiving Day TURKEY TROT to benefit the Pregnancy Care Center will be held at Festival Park in Brownwood Texas.  The route will take place along the Camp Bowie Trail. Parking will be available at Gordon Wood Stadium.   Race t-shirts guaranteed to racers registered by October 31, 2026.   Registration:  •             Now – November 26    •             Cost $35 - chip time runners  •             $25 -2 mile walkers (not timed)                          Group/Team 5K Rate: TODAY – 11/26/25 $25 per person – group of 5 or more.      Group/Team 2 mile walk rate: $20 per person - group of 5 or more.        AWARD Categories: Overall Male/Female (no age limit), Largest Team/Group, M/F Age Groups (Overall in each group) 12 & Under, 13-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+   Race Day Schedule:  Packet Pick Up/Walk Up Registration: 7:00 a.m.  5K Run:  8:00 a.m. 2M Walk: 8:08 a.m.   No Pets, PLEASE!
