Tinsel Trot 5K & 1K Fun Run Saturday, December 5, 2026 at 8:00 am New Location  103 South 3rd Street Silsbee, TX  77656   Registration Fees (Early & Late Fees & dates): NO REFUNDS 1K Fun Run is Free for ages 1-10 to register!  If you would like a t-shirt, you may purchase one during registration. 5K                 Till Nov. 14th              Nov. 15th - Dec. 5th Price                     $30                               $40 Race Morning registration starts at 7:00 am Your 5K registration will give you a t-shirt in one of the following sizes:  Youth S-L and Adult S, M, L, XL, XXL($2), XXXL($3) You are NOT guaranteed a swag or -t-shirt if registered after 12 noon on Thursday, Dec. 3rd.   RACE DAY: Late Registration and late packet pick up starts at 7:00 am until 7:30 am. Warm up at 7:30 am for the runners to stretch and get ready for the run. TIMED 5K starts at 8:00 am   Kids FUN RUN 1K beginning after awards CHRISTMAS IN THE BIG THICKET FESTIVAL WILL FOLLOW! JOLLIEST COSTUME CONTEST WILL BE JUDGED BEFORE THE RACE AND ANNOUNCED AFTER AWARDS.  Best Holiday Costume Contest: Awards are 1st, 2nd, 3rd.    Packet Pickup (Location, Date & Time): Packet pickup will begin at 1 pm at the Silsbee Public Library, 295 N. 4th Street, Silsbee, TX on December 4, 2026. Late Registration and late packet pick up starts at 7:00 am until 7:30 am on Race Day.   AWARDS:   1K:    1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10 Ages -  1st, 2nd, 3rd in Age Groups.   5K:   1st, 2nd, 3rd Overall Male & Female & 1st, 2nd, 3rd in age groups Age groups:  1-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+   This race is benefiting Friends of the Silsbee Public Library
